Returns

We hope you love our products as much as we do.  However if you are not entirely satisfied with the goods you can return them to us for a full refund.   We ask that you notify us within 14 days of receiving the goods and that you return them to us within 30 days. The returned products must be new, in perfect condition and in the original packaging, and all fragile items must be securely packaged.

Damaged Goods

If the goods are faulty you may return them to us for a full refund including postage and packing, or we will happily send you a replacement if you would like.

If you would like to return any items to us please send an email to info@theaseplease.co.uk quoting your order reference number.  Alternatively, please call us to discuss any issues on 01435 817153 and we will be happy to help.

If you return goods to us, please use a trackable postal method, or ask the Post Office for a Certificate of Posting, as we are unable to take responsibility for items lost in transit between you and us.

Refunds can only be made via the original method of payment and we aim to do this quickly and within 3 working days of receipt.
