Delivery Charges
Here is a table of the delivery costs to the countries in the world to which we deliver, broken down by the total value of your order. All our overseas parcels are sent using Royal Mail Airsure, which is a tracked airmail service.

UK Delivery
If you place your order before 11am we will aim to dispatch it the same day. For orders received after 11am we will dispatch your order the next working day.
UK orders – £4.95 flat rate for all orders using Royal Mail 48 Tracked.

Europe and Rest of the World Delivery
If you live outside the UK and would like to buy the knobs we send to the following European countries using Royal Mail Airsure.
We only send items to the following European Countries and delivery takes 5 working days: The cost varies according to your order value but to send 20 knobs (a £50 order value) to Europe by Airsure costs £16.

We only send items to the following Countries outside Europe. We use Royal Mail Airsure which is tracked and delivery takes 7 working days. The postage cost varies according to your order value but to send 20 knobs (an order value of £50) to USA costs £23 (Zone 1) and to send the same value order to Australia (Zone 2) costs £24.

Returns
We hope you love our products as much as we do. However, if for any reason at all, you’re not entirely satisfied with what you receive from us, you can return your order unused and in the condition that you received them, for a full refund. We politely ask that you email us at info@www.theseplease.co.uk before you return your order, so we know to expect it, and please include a note in the package with details of your name and order number. This will enable us to make a prompt refund on receipt of your parcel. Please return the goods within 30 days of ordering and please wrap any returned items securely. Please make sure that the door knobs fit your furniture and that you decide to keep them before trimming any surplus thread on the fixings.
Refunds can only be made via the original method of payment. If you originally ordered online, you will receive an email from us confirming that a refund has been made.
We treat returns and all future purchases as separate transactions. We do not offer an exchange service.
In the unlikely event of a fault with your item, please contact us on 01435 817153, and we will offer a replacement, or you can return the goods to us for a full refund.
