Ice Cream Parlour Colours

We used this pretty little Gisela Graham milk jug as inspiration for today's blog post - the colours are gorgeous and typical of a traditional beach parlour.  With the deluge of rain that's hit the UK over recent weeks, a beach parlour theme and associated thoughts of sun and relaxation might just be enough to lift our spirits and prompt us to give a chest of drawers or dresser an inexpensive but lovely facelift.  The door knobs ahown are Spring Blossom Blue, Pink Garland, Marshmallow Pink Polka Dot, and Almond Cream Flower with Silver Lines - they would look wonderful against chalk painted kitchen cabinets too - a hint of the better weather to come!
